1. Language
The French version is provided first when required by Quebec law. By choosing English, you expressly choose to review and, where legally permitted, be bound by this version. Mandatory rights remain applicable if versions differ.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
You must have reached the age of majority and have legal capacity to contract. By creating an account or signing in after an update, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Your account
You must provide an accurate full name, email, and mobile number, protect your credentials, complete two-step verification, and promptly report unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not bypass security controls, access another person’s account, automate login attempts, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, violate law, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful or unsolicited communications.
5. Connected applications
The account confirms identity; it does not automatically grant permission inside every application. Each application retains its own roles, rules, data, subscriptions, integrations, and product terms.
6. Communications
Necessary security notices may be delivered to protect the account. Optional commercial communications are governed by your consent and unsubscribe mechanisms. Carrier messaging or data rates may apply.
7. Fees
Fees, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the terms shown for each connected product or subscription.
8. Intellectual property
WUW Agency and its licensors retain rights in the portal, marks, software, and content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the service under these Terms.
9. Suspension and closure
We may restrict or suspend an account for security risk, violation, legal requirement, or applicable non-payment. You may request closure, subject to lawful retention duties.
10. Availability and warranties
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without additional implied warranties. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WUW Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by a third-party application, carrier, or unauthorized use caused by the user. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Quebec and Canadian law. Quebec courts have jurisdiction except where mandatory law where you live provides other protection.
13. Changes and contact
